CMSA is pleased to announce that our conference guide will now be complimentary for ALL attendees. That means that everyone who attends will receive a printed copy of our guide, which is full of useful information, abstracts, CE requirements, useful information about our exhibitors and much more.
If you already purchased a guide when you registered, you will be refunded the amount that you paid by the original method of payment. If you are part of an installment payment plan, your balance due will be adjusted accordingly.
